Regular Monday night ride in Chicago, 8pm.[edit] It's called The Knife because it's on two semi-parallel streets that come to a point. It was a stage in the Tour de Chicago a few years back. Check the route here.

Why is it called the knife? I assume is a large long downhill maybe?
